Today we officially launched our new .NET community "Ireland .NET Developer Alliance" (INDA) at Microsoft's MSDN Day in Dublin. The launch was a huge success and received an amazing reaction from all the developers present. We got to chat with Microsoft's Senior Vice President of Servers and Tools Eric Rudder (pictured below) who congratulated us on the achievement.

Eric Rudder (right), Senior Vice President, Microsoft Corp., Seattle, congratulating Pascal Leloup (middle), Senior Analyst Programmer, NCTE and Marcus Mac Innes (left), Director, Style Design Systems Ltd, on the launch of Ireland .Net Developers Alliance (www.developers.ie), a new Irish developers community, at the Microsoft MSDN day in the European Media Lab in Dublin yesterday. Developers.ie provides Irish developers and architects with community-based resources, open source, blogs, forums, wikis and insights into the latest .Net advances. Ireland .Net Developers Alliance is a voluntary group run by and for people with a passion for .Net technologies and with no commercial interests. It was born out of a need for an Irish-specific .Net user group community, which already exists in several other countries, to enable developers in Ireland share ideas, solve problems and keep in contact with other groups around the world. Supported by Microsoft Ireland, INDA is a registered member of INETA, the international .Net association.
So whether you're living in Ireland or not, visit www.developers.ie and join up!
