Metablogging: Have you ever been giving a presentation when all of a sudden your laptop decided to go wild, thrashing your harddisk? It may have been the SMS Agent (ccmexec.exe) doing an Office update inentory (inventory.exe) on your system...

I just fond a workaround for this in Jonathan's blog by temporarily disabling the ccmexec.exe service. Don't forget to turn it back on after the presentation however, as your admin won't love you for disabling this service for good.
