That's right, Grails, not Rails. :)
If you've not tinkered with Grails on Windows before, this tutorial is a great way to get started. It was written by a local guy, Jason Rudolph.
I met Jason Rudolph at a local Ruby meetup, but have since run into him at other events (like NFJS). He recently wrote a great bit about Grails and your legacy database that's a great introduction to Grails. Here's the link.
Btw, I hear there's a good chance a very similar article will be on Infoq shortly. ;)
