The new of Comcast going public with their 250GB cap motivated me to call Verizon and see what they had on offer - and for $9 more per month than I pay Comcast, I can get FIOS at 20/20. The best Comcast can do is 16/1, and they play other games (throttles on BitTorrent) as well. I've been pretty happy with Comcast over the last couple of years (less so before that) - but they've simply fallen behind the curve.
