Tonite I have spent a great deal of time working on the new layout for GroupOrg. At work we have utilized CSS quite well to design our benefit system web interface. Since I am starting this essentially from scratch, I want to be able to take advantage of the same benefits of CSS we have found at work.
For the most part, my endeavors have been successful. However, as I get down into the nitty-gritty, I have come to realize that I still have quite a lot to learn out CSS. I know that I can create a label/value pairing like a 2-colum table. We have done it at work. And yet, here I sit, with everything just merging together.
CSS is a wonderful tool, if you know how to use it properly. If not, you're in for a bit of frustration. Hopefully this frustration will transform into successful code.
