I am working with WebSphere Studio Device Developer to test out some samples from Enterprise J2ME. Like I had posted earlier I was able to get the J9/WebSphere Micro Environment running on my Toshiba e355. I now successfully was able to also build and deploy apps to 400 the device and run them directly from WSDD. I am having a problem with...

Well big thanks go out to Michael Yuan! His Appendix B instructions of Enterprise J2ME have enabled me to get the IBM J9 JVM running on my Toshiba e355, YES!. So far I have been able to test some examples from my Java on PDAs book and will be trying out some of the Enterprise J2ME book's code as we 400 ll. I was wondering if Pocket PC 2003 based...

For those who already saw the revamped TheServerSide.com, you will also be pleasantly surprised to see TheServerSide.net has made its appearance. They already have three talks available. Hopefully it will become as popular a hub for .NET developers, as its Java counterpart is.

Got my copy of Enterprise J2ME today.resource links and source code for this book. I am hoping to get the Websphere Micro Edition runtimes from WebSphere Studio Device Developer installed on my Toshiba e355. The instructions are give in Appendix B of the book. Hopefully it will work with a .NET Compact Framework PDA.

I found this article on compromising a Windows XP system. Thanks to Knoppix STD he was able to do all his dirty work. Althought this was a physical compramise since he needed to boot the PC via CDROM, it is still something to keep in mind for those office PCs.
