What you are looking for is TogetherSoft.It generates Code stubs from UMLs and vice versa.Run a search on Google coz I'm not sure whether itscomercial or not (I had it on my Comp. In addition to the above suggestions, just wanted tomention that sometimes if you're using a debuggerit tends to misbehave.
