Not to be outdone by digg spy, DiggLicious is indeed a cool site. Built with the Joomla! PHP CMS framework and an Ajax mashup of the digg and del.icio.us APIs (although according to my research, the digg API has yet to be released, so I have no idea how the guy is pulling this off), the site allows you to watch in real-time as stories are being...

Question: Which of the following DTDs allow target attributes with anchor elements? HTML 4.01 Strict XHTML 1.0 Strict XHTML 1.1 Answer: None of them. The target attribute is designed for frames (who uses frames?)—if you want to use targets, use a Frameset or Transitional DOCTYPE. Sadly, I am witnessing an ever growing trend with sites...

In a quick follow-up to my De Facto RSS Feed Icon Spreading Like Wildfire post, today Opera announced they are also adopting the Firefox RSS feed icon from Mozilla. The old blue icon located on the right side of the address bar will be replaced with the now commonplace orange "broadcast" icon in the next weekly build of Opera's flagship...
