java virtual installer. Program will exit ....Please please help!

Hello,Im trying to install Oracle v9i on my pc.However when i do i get the error message "java virtual installer. Could not find main class. Program will exit" I have run ad-aware and got rid of what it picked up.I have also reinstalled MS Virtual Machine and Java Sun Virtual machine but i still egt the error.This has been bugging me for 3...
