RubyOSA is one of my new projects. It is a bridge that maps the scriptable definition of an application into Ruby, and do all the AppleEvent stuff transparently for you. After a very long (several months) absence on the Web I am back! As you can see I migrated my diary engine from tDiary to Typo. Typo is very cool, though a bit slow. I wrote a script to perform the migration and sent it to the authors, it will perhaps be included in the upstream distribution. Otherwise, everything is OK as before. On the...

When looking for something I found this funny page about the pronounciation of the project's name. Does it remain something to you (especially when testing if your soundcard was properly configured in early GNU/Linux distributions) ? :-)

Vincent recently started a very ambitious project: translating in English the Ruby Hacker Guide, a complete book on Ruby internals that has been graciously released as free by the author, Minero Aoki. And the book is of course written in Japanese :-) As it is a very big project I helped him a bit, converting the chapter he recently translated...
