I tried the above resource and it seems to be a dead link.I looked around and found good SDLC material in "The IT Learning Framework" that is published by The International Foundation for Information Technology (IF4IT). Their content seems to be open and I thought it far more detailed than sources like Wikipedia.Hope this helps.
