Problems described are connected only with Windows XP environment.Jens Frey's suggestions work fine on CentOS 4.3 or any other Linux , as well as schema following bellow. The advantage of my schema is the only one:- It is tolerant regarding appearance of cyrillic or chines characters in the path to file components.xml:-) Actually, it clearly demonstrates that we don't have to package components.xml with sampleProject-war either way.
