Found some more time to read on the spec and here is what I found,
When using a session scoped bean using the make sure the page that declared it must have the <%@page session="true".../> directive (Pg 70 Table JSP.4-1)
Object that will be used using the must be declared with a non-args constructor (Pg 71 Point 5)
The id in the is case sensitive (who doesn't know this when it comes to Java) (Pg 73 Table JSP.4-1)
Default scope of is page
The and uses the bean introspection mechanism (Pg 74 Section JSP.4-2)
