Which is the best CMS ?

Joomla easy to use , even a Non- Geek find it easy to learn & use.Easy of maintenance and upgrading, the ability to create a new and functioning site quickly.

On the other hand Drupal is better for Extensibility and Large Sites. There is ease of external integration, developing large, complex web sites, and the quality of add-ons for enhancing functionality.

Love them both, but for me Joomla is much easier than Drupal.

Both are very good. But in my opinion joomla is great to handle as it is easy to use and new trend yet can handle your website from back end very easily. So love joomla.

Hi @shekhar,

Each of these systems demonstrates long-term sustainability and longevity; for the foreseeable future, at least, support for them will continue to be readily available.

In addition, when you have questions or need help, you'll be able to find it easily with them all. They all have websites, other online forums or even books, kept alive by passionate, dedicated developer and user communities.

Aside from the other casual comments here, I thought I would share a few resources that provide more insight into these free CMSs (and are more current):

1) CMS Comparison: Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress (very thorough)
http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center/article/cms-comparison-drupal-joomla-and-wordpress

2) Drupal vs Joomla vs WordPress: CMS Showdown (more casual)
https://www.udemy.com/blog/drupal-vs-joomla-vs-wordpress/

3) WordPress vs Joomla vs Drupal –Which CMS should you use? (more personal)
http://kidakaka.com/blog/2013/06/03/wordpress-vs-joomla-vs-drupal-which-cms-should-you-use/

Of course, after all the reading, there is no substitute for simply downloading them and trying them out!

Enjoy.

Honestly, I don't have any direct experience with Drupal. I have used WordPress and Joomla to create several websites. According to my personal experience, Joomla is not that easy that you expect in your sent post. As you may know Drupal is the most complicated program among the most popular CMSs. If the ease of use is important for you WordPress is your first choice, but you can't expect a website as professional as ones created by Drupal or Joomla.

There are some resources helping you have a right choice when choosing your needed CMS.

See the comparison chart of WordPress, Joomla and Drupal on
http://www.threehosts.com/ratings/comparison-software/wordpress-vs-joomla-vs-drupal.html

There is also a useful article at
http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center/article/cms-comparison-drupal-joomla-and-wordpress

And you can find Pros and Cons of any of these programs on
https://www.udemy.com/blog/drupal-vs-joomla-vs-wordpress

You can also use demo account of WordPress, Joomla and Drupal via their official websites to see one of them is proper for you. My favorite program is Joomla. Joomla allows you to build a site with more content and structure flexibility than Wordpress offers, but still with fairly easy, intuitive usage.
