About Multi-Core; I think that perhaps it could be a jump in paradigm terms, but in real concurrent processing, in an electronic sense. As an analogy, I think it could be possible to implement a sort of parallel logic circuit over multi-core machines, something like electrical parallel circuits do. Going further in my ScFi, I can think in a sort of "resonant logic" over parallel processing. (ahhh, the voices...)
