how do I link gui's together?

I have several gui's up and running, but I want to have one central gui linking to the others. as in like the main gui where I press a button and the other gui pops up. sorry if this question is kinda noobish. any help would be great thanks.

You can use Container's setVisible, isVisible methods to show/hide frames/panels based on events.
