Sent: easy to count as you send Bounced: let the mailserver do that, you would otherwise need to create a mail client to gather the bounces. Viewed: no way to do that. You can ask for a read receipt but there's no guarantee that that will be returned (most mailclients can be told to not send them, and any person who knows what he's doing turns that on so no receipts are sent (and thus spammers never know their mail arrived). Number of times viewed: impossible. Receipts are sent at most once for each message. Not your responsibility anyway, once it's sent it's out of your hand.
