You really should try to do your homework yourself and ask only specific questions about it.

Do you need help with the interpreter, the algorith or what?

casper iway has a very good decision. he ask for the answer that he never have. pls help him. im only good in c++. casper iway it is better to pray. right? everyone can help this guy because i think his failing this subject.

You can find a very good description of the algorithm here.

They explain it better as I ever could.

It's easy to get the unoptimized form of your expression, you just have to create a list of all states with a "true" result.
