Available Disk Space !

Hi,

How can I know the available disk space on some specific device(in bytes) ?
I would like to use just java commands without accessing a dll or system functions.

I don't think this can be done without native code, you could take a look at cygwin and then do so something like this

df | grep | awk.exe '{print $4}'

there is also a tool called Jconfig at
http://www.tolstoy.com/samizdat/jconfig.html
that may help
