guys i have irradicated all of my runtime error via classpath alterations. now the appletviewer will run.
the problem is that it wont show the applet, just the dos command prompt as an indication of the file being ran.
please help.

Are you using applet tags in your code?

sorry for the delay, i had been detained by other preoccupations.
yes, I am using an applet tag.
after I recompiled the code it ran accordingly thanx
for your participation.
