I have forgotten much of what I used to know about programming in Java. Presently, my goal is to bind an executable batch file to an innactive file such as an image. I haven't found any programs that can do this for me - does anyone know how to go about this in Java, or how complex or simple it is?
BTW, I have no malicious purposes for this. My friend and I challenge each other regularly with competative programming, and we both have been on a hiatus for some time.
