What way I could configure Tomcat in order to get support for windows-1250 charset (encoding)?
I have already set

&lt%@page contentType="text/html; charset=windows-1250"%&gt

but I'm getting question mark any time I have to dispaly something that was picked out of a form-field and doesn't belong to latin1 charset.

The MIME name for latin1 charset is ISO-8859-1. Suggest using ...charset="ISO-8859-1"...

I don't need that.
I have to process some characters that are out of iso-8859-1,
i.e. belong to iso-8859-2.

Bt I have solved it.

My new problem is how to insert iso-8859-2 characters into mysql databse. Characters that doesn't belong to iso-8859-1 are inserted as questin marks (?).

What to do now?
