I'm planning on moving back to Canada either Atlantic Canada or Ontario. Haven't lived there for 4 years, which cities would you refer to as Java Hot Spots in the forementioned areas?

I lived in St. John's Newfoundland - I know at the time there definitely were no Java Jobs there. Any advice?
