HTTP Redirect in java servlets -- critical scenario given.. Posted: Aug 30, 2010 3:54 AM

Following is a scenario in a web application.
Scenario: When the application server returns a page with a HTTP 200 header code, it triggers a caching behavior within the user’s browser and the original page is cached in memory.
And here is the recommendation for avoiding browser caching.
Recommendation: Secret POST requests should be responded with a 3xx HTTP redirect. Forcing the application to return redirect will not allow the user’s browser to cache input.
Can you pls create an example code (assuming traversing from page A to B through xxxAction) and let me know how this can be achieved.
