Hi Everybody,

I have a Thread which runs external ".exe" Process by "Runtime.getRuntime().exec()".
If this thread is running with priority Thread.NORM_PRIORITY and one more such kind of thread will run with Thread.MAX_PRIORITY, will this last thread block execution of first one, as they both have external processes running?
