Is there any IDE available other than VJ++ which can be used to create a DLL out of java code.Earlier i have used VJ,but the latest Service packs does not support MS JVM.can any one help?

I have heard that Symantec Visual Cafe for Java - Enterprise Edition can do these stuff (Create EXEs and DLL). If anyone sees this product (Beta or Demo) please let us know.
