Open new frame with delay

hello all

i have two windows the first window will excute and then it will dispose itself and open the second window. then the second window will appear for seconds and then dispose itself and open the first window again.
now what is happing is when the first window close and opens the second window. the second window opens but it does not show anything. it shows an empty window for seconds and then dispose itself and open the first one.

i used thread and while loop for the delay but both of them are introducing the same problem
without the delay everything is working fine.
so anyone can help me with this
