So you are looking for a J2ME MIDP device capabilities database so that you can plan your next J2ME devlopment, right? Check out the device database provided by WURFL. Its in XML format and thus knowing the dtd you can compose your own application to query the db for the deivces of interest. Over 2 Megs big and growing quite fast.
