I do not have the full link to the story yet, as I just received this biref story via itvt.com's newsletter. What we know is this, Sun sent a letter to the FCC chairman asking the FCC to force DirectTV to adopt iTV standards such as MHP and OCAP as the basis for News Corps DirectTV acquisition to get FCC approval.
