SwingX: Consider JXHyperlink As An Alternative To Buttons
JXHyperlink is another nice-to-have control that is already shipped largely-complete in SwingX. The hyperlink control is certainly not magical - it simply creates a webpage-like hyperlink that behaves just like a Swing button.

Creating a JXHyperlink is also very similar to creating a JButton. The first step is to either have an action or action listener ready...
