I came across this article on developerworks touting SOA with grandiose statements about programming ease. This seems to be a recurring theme in technology "pre-sales" writing.  Enough already! I opened up the article after following a link from javablogs, and the very first sentence I read was this gem: The IBM® programming model for Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) enables non-programmers to create and reuse IT assets without mastering IT skills. Emphasis added by me.  I felt this sudden irritation after reading that.  I'm sick of people trying to sell technical solutions...
