I think I have figured out what is wrong in me accessing svn at javaforge.com. The SVN Subclipse plugin is working correctly its probably my newness to SVN and CodeBeamer and I might have an incorrect setting in my project at javaforge.com.

I know its one of my project settings as I cannot access the source via a browser using anonymous user and anon password. I have done the 3 major SCM settigns and save steps and thus its probably not that set of settings.

I also know its not the private or public project setting as that only changes whether or not you have a public website at javaforge and soem other accessable features. Hmm..
