Version 3.0 of Substance look-and-feel is available. They write in, "The list of new features includes configurable flat buttons, combo popup display prototype (to allow wider popups), saturated / desaturated / blended / complex color themes, tab pager, edit context menu (cut / copy / paste / select all / delete) in text components, animation effects on list selection and rollover and more. Due to code-split (see laf-widget project), some applications may need to follow the instructions in the migration guide."
