Fro those who are being introduced to Eclipse WTP there is one tip you need to be aware of considering the 3rd party plug-ins coming out base don Eclipse WTP such as JBOssIDE, Lomboz, and etc. Install any 3rd party plug-ins that depend upon Eclipse WTP in the main Eclipse plug-ins and features sub directories.

I have found it prevent socnfiguration problems if you use this tip. Putting them in another plug-ins/feature sub-directory other than the Eclipse install will at some point produce configuration errors due to those 3rd party plug-ins sometimes including the same prerequisite plug-ins form FOSS projects as Eclipse TWP and thus will produce duplicate plug-ins messing up the configuration.
