A new menu popped up in recent eclipse builds. The second menu item is quite obvious. The first option just closed and reopened eclipse without a warning!! Normally this is not a big issue but eclipse takes an awful lot of time to load (about 15 minutes).  The load time is because I have a lot of projects under version control and eclipse takes a long time to update the label decorations for these and insists on doing this at start up.
