I could help 2 idiots clean up a failed Indy Domain Name Speculator Start-Up Mess and with Google buying a social web application such as YouTube the VC interest for another WEB2 social web application will last about 18 months. The CEO of the Indy Domain Name Speculator Start-UP has already proven through all his failures that Web2.0 Application Development cannot be gained from a Programming-in-24-hours book or by being inexperienced and with no skills and hiring interns.
LinkNetwork did not work as you could not even build the database driven infrastructure. If you do not own the infrastructure by developing said infrastructure you cannot charge enough value to generate a revenue multiplier. YouTube, Facebook, MySpace, and etc did not hire an outside firm to build it they built it to use the that infrastructure to build a nice revenue multiplier.
Now, I could help if the 1099s that were over stated were corrected and the debt owed paid.
