It is kind of funny and ironic. When I started to work for the Indianapolis Domain Name Speculator Start-Up the founders were avoiding all things FOSS especially server OSes. Supposedly the CEO had problems in administering Linux/Unix.

I say supposedly because the CEO's biggest problem is following any set of directions. Plus he could not give me enough details to convince me that his problem was Linux or for that matter FreeBSD. This newsgroup post indicate it might have been FreeBSD that he was referring to at the time.

Now the irony. Since things are now not working again once the CEO has hands in a new project mess he is now blaming others of somehow breaking into FreeBSD OS installations. When I worked for this moronic CEO in 2001 it was blame the prior contractors for computer break ins because the CEO kept fucking up configurations.

Was there any proof of computer break ins? Nope, just wrong configurations and set ups after the CEO had his hands in the mess. It was so bad the CEO could not understand that some contractors only needed FTP access to upload web pages and only one to two people should have server administration access.

Can you imagine attempting to get server access to install and configure something new when there are 5 people with all server admin access via pcAnyWhere on a slow WInNT4 server? I do fee sorry for this CEO because under the right training he might actually produce something useful.

But, what ma I to do as he has a pattern fo fucking over anyone who has attempted to help him.
