The release candidate for version 3.1 of Substance look-and-feel (code-named Honolulu) is available. They write in, "The list of new features includes support for toned-down skins, color-blind mode, multi-mixed themes, improved micro-design of text components, additional animation effects including full animation of lists, trees and tables and more. Target date for release is November 13. Only defects will be fixed until this date."
