One slight big error in the prepackaged Debian Eclipse3.2.1 install. Remember folks, Eclispe3.2.1 requires 1.5(java5) or higher to operate. That means in the java_home file found in /etc/eclipse we should only find paths to JVMs 1.5(java5) or higher. That means for right now it cannot be gcj however can be set to harmony in the future when full java5 support is in place.
