Remember a few days ago I stated that the FOSS community would be forced to cut off Novell to protect itself. Here is the confirmation in a Slashdot.org story. As long as Novell has that bs agreement with Microsoft you cannot as a FOSS project blindly accept code from Novell as it will place your FOSS project in jeopardy. The article is a must read for all.
