Just wanted to let everyone know that we are going through final edits of the last 3 chapters so anytime now ;-). I've also been working to make sure that the source code you can download is buildable and actually works since alot of changes happened between chapters 1 and 7 (not stuff in the book but code that provides other functionality not discussed).
