That is right folks, Moglen found GPL issues in the Novell and MS agreement according to this Groklaw post. I agree with PJ Novell has dishonored the FOSS community.

I think its time to refuse not only to contribute to Novell led FOSS projects but also to refuse to accept FOSS code from any Novell employee.
