Note to Sun about JavaME GPL. Please, please give the Mobile OEM community the same exact respect and grant a GPLV2+E license to JavaME. There is no business impact with un still retaining the current licensing of TCKs.
The Mobile OEMs that choose FOSS mobile OSes deserve the exact same respect as SymbianOS ISVs. Please Sun, we need an equal playing field.

I am sure it is an oversight because you thought that JavaME 3.0 will be under GPLv3. But we have MIDP2.1 coming up which needs the GPLv2+E designation.
