In Hotmail's past Linux OS and serves were used right around and or before the winNT 3/4 launch. Yes later hotmail servers were changed to windowsNT. In fact there was even an MS page showing the first few years of hotmail as an MS product/service.

My question Mr Ballmer is when during the transition of hotmail from Linux servers to windows servers did you find evidence of Linux infringing on MS IP and if so why no disclosure of specificity to this late date of 2006? You will notice that TSCOG claims of ignorance of the law did not work in court did you not?

Mr Ballmer please show us poor hobbyists who you view as unprofessional your professional skills in protecting MS's IP by for once and all stating in a professional manner with specificity the exact code lines whereas Linux infringes Microsoft IP.

Certainly you Mr Ballmer charged with the fiduciary responsibility in safeguarding MS IP understand that you have a legal obligation to MS stockholders to follow through with your public statements by showing technical and legal details of Linux code that infringes on MS IP in the proper forum as opposed to public posturing.

In closing I am sure running MS is quite taxing on a daily measure. However, I am sure you will find enough time to get your staff to detail the Linux code that infringes MS IP rights. Surely your fiduciary responsibilities to MS and the stockholders demands that after ten years of public posturing on this exact issue that you finally with immediacy finally detail with specificity the claim in the proper legal forum.

Or did Microsoft miss speak for almost ten years on this issue? Best regards and happy coding Mr Ballmer..
