Hmm, the commercial real estate disaster that I was getting blamed for making a loss is now being sold. The only problem is just like the CEO not wanting to comply with zoning and building laws. the owner now want sot sell an unsafe building without a real estate or brokers license. I still do not see how one can blame me for a loss if the courts held that CEO failed to comply with zoning and building laws.
This is why no one in Indy wants to work for this moron because of all the failures to follow directions, verify assumptions, failures to pay employees, and etc. But hey he got a nice photo shoot in DNS Journal for November pretending he had something yet still failing..
