Jennifer Beck, a section general manager at Gartner, pointed out that such a change will undoubtedly require more than just technology. It will also require a cultural transformation and the change management that accompanies it.

This article (and CNET's version) is really too short to pull much out of, but anything with the phrase "systems management" is worth a look-see. As always when I see "process management" I go back to the BPMI crowd and try to figure out what a concrete instance of jibber-jabber would look like.
