I like to run a bit and I am also a sad statto. Motionbased.com and my GPS watch allow me to combine the two. It also provides some cool facilities like a playback of your run.

Check out my run from this morning here. You can see the effect temperatures of 30C and the smoke from Victoria's bush fire have on me as I had to stop to walk on a few occasions. It felt like running with one lung!

BTW the playback is best under Firefox or IE; safari seems to have a problem (unless you keep the cursor moving over the page).
