I found a nice resource for Logging Frameworks for ActionScript and Flex. It not only has some libs but pointers to other libs such as2lib and pointers to wrappers to switch between different frameworks without re-writing code.

What is extra nice is its based on the Log4J and thus very similar which helps when you are coding both the mobile client and the server side at the same time.
