You might notice some absence in coverage of the threats against bloggers. Specifically, some majority of threatening comments as far as personal attacks to bloggers were made by pr-types or pr like individuals.

Now, key question might be this. Which group actively shuns PR heavy-handed influence? Bloggers, perhaps? Is it an accident that pr types set out to personally attack a blogger recently? Read the in-depth coverage of the pr influence at wired by the loose wire blog for some background in how and why pr likes to have heavy influence.

Now I am not saying that the un-confirmed anonymous threats were from pr people within the pr industry. However, the setting up of two bully sites that just so happen to have founders that are pr types seem a bit less than accidental. Should we not ask the PR Industry if they have a code of conduct covering this before blaming the activity of bloggers?
