"I've noticed lately that many Java centred sites (Artima, DZone etc.) are starting to add sections about Ruby. Sun hired the JRuby guys and is investing in supporting Ruby development inside Netbeans. A lot of Java "celebrities" that are advocating Ruby. This made me think and reflect about what is happening in the past couple of years in the Java community.
